No worry. This online Refresher Course, created by our trainer Mdm Celeste Ng, is to help you refresh your knowledge and to help you pass the RES exam.

Must I be a student of Hastor to sign up for this?

No. This is OFFERED TO ALL. You only need to submit to us a valid RES Attendance Certificate issued by the training center that you have attended the RES course will do.

 

Do I need to confirm a seat for the RES exam before I can sign up for this?

No. You don't have to. Sign up as early as you can so that you have more time to study to be better prepared for the exam.

Is there an expiry for this course?

Yes, you can access them unlimited times until you pass the exam up to a maximum of 2 years, whichever earlier. 

 

What do I expect from this course?

You get to watch how our trainer, Mdm Celeste, teaches her students for both Paper 1 & 2. Her unique ways of teaching make it simple for students to understand the law principles and policies. You get to read her latest lecture slides online too. They are video formats with online lecture slides and worksheets. Total 18 lessons for both Paper 1 & 2 of about 3 hours each. I understand that I can read the lecture slides online. But if I want to have a hard copy, is it possible? 

The reason why we do not include the hard copy lecture slides in this course is that we are trying to save trees and the environment. But if you wish to have the hard copy printout, you may pay $99 for one Paper and $198 for both Paper 1 & 2. Price includes delivery (no self-collection). Delivery is around 5 working days. We advise you to try reading them online first before deciding whether to purchase the hard copy.

Am I allowed to purchase the lecture slides if I did not sign up for this online Refresher Course?

No. Only those who have signed up for this online Refresher Course can purchase it.

How often is it updated?

Mdm Celeste Ng updates her videos and lecture slides once there are changes in laws, policies, and regulations. Refresh your browser to get the latest.

Can it be viewed on all types of devices?

Yes. It can be viewed on computers, tablets, and phones with an internet connection. 

​

Can I log in using 2 devices at the same time?

No. The system will permanently log you out once they detect 2 devices logging in at the same time. This is to prevent misuse and to prevent sharing. Once you are permanently logged out, you are NOT allowed to access it ever again. Therefore, do remember to log out from one device first before logging in using another device.

Is this course suitable for everyone?
